5. Payment Terms

Payment Details:

6. Refund Policy

• For Industrial Training Programs: We offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the training within the first 7 days of enrollment, provided that no training materials or sessions have been accessed. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
• For Placement Guarantee: If you are enrolled in a program that guarantees placement, you will be eligible for a refund if placement is not secured within the agreed time frame (usually 6 months).

7. Placement Support

We provide guaranteed placement assistance for both technical and non-technical program participants:

• For Technical Students: We assist with job placements in roles like software development, data science, cloud computing, Technical Support, etc.
• For Non-Technical Students: We support placements in roles such as project management, digital marketing, business analysis,Sales & Marketing, Business Developement, Business Operations, Human Resource, etc.

Placements are subject to available opportunities and may vary based on market conditions. However, we strive to ensure all students receive support during the placement process.

8. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purposes.
• Post or transmit any content that violates the rights of others or is harmful.
• Engage in any disruptive or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any software or content provided by Gokboru Tech.

9. Intellectual Property
