Refund Policy
We keep the refund process transparent and straightforward for all program participants.
Refund eligibility
International Immersion Programs (Dubai): participants are eligible for a 100% refund of the program fee, excluding any third-party visa processing charges already incurred.
International Immersion Programs (Malaysia): if a participant's visa is rejected or cancelled by Malaysian authorities, a 100% refund of the program fee will be provided, excluding any third-party visa processing charges, if applicable.
Refund processing time
All approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of official confirmation.
What is not covered
Third-party visa processing charges, once incurred, are non-refundable.
Refunds are not applicable in cases of participant misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of hotel or event policies, which may result in immediate cancellation of participation without refund.
Personal expenses, optional sightseeing, or additional meals outside the program inclusions are not covered under the refund policy.
How to request a refund
Contact the program coordination team with your registration and payment details. Once verified, the refund will be initiated and completed within the 30-working-day processing window.
