At Gokboru Tech, we are committed to providing high-quality training and industry-relevant career support to all our students. We offer a range of services, including Industrial Training for Technical and Non-Technical students, Skill Development Programs, Placement Support, and Career Coaching. Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure fairness while holding us accountable for your success.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are applicable for services related to training programs and placements. It provides details on when refunds are allowed, the conditions under which they may be requested, and the procedure to follow.

1. General Refund Conditions

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available for specific services related to Industrial Training Programs if placement is not achieved within the 6-month guarantee period after completion of the training program.
    • Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made after 6 months from the completion of the training, provided that the student has not secured placement.
    • Services Covered by Refund:
      • Industrial Training (Technical and Non-Technical)
      • Placement Assistance Services related to the aforementioned programs
      • Skill Development Programs (including AWS Cloud Computing, MERN Stack, Sales & Marketing, etc.)
    • Refund requests will be processed only after 6 months and based on non-placement.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.), unless otherwise specified.

2. Refund Policy for Industrial Training Programs

A. Industrial Training for Technical Students

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • You are eligible for a refund if you do not secure a placement within 6 months of completing the Industrial Training (Technical) program.
    • Refunds will only be considered if you have actively participated in placement activities, including submitting your resume, attending interviews, and applying to job opportunities provided by us.
    • Refunds are not applicable if the participant has secured a job elsewhere or failed to attend the necessary placement events.
  • Refund Process:
    • Request after 6 Months: Refunds are eligible only after 6 months of completing the program without securing placement.
    • Required Documentation: To request a refund, you must submit a refund request to info@gokboru.in, including the following:
      • Full name and contact information
      • Enrollment details (transaction receipt, course name)
      • Evidence of your active participation in the placement activities.
    • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from approval.

B. Industrial Training for Non-Technical Students

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • You are eligible for a refund if you do not secure a placement within 6 months after completing the Non-Technical Industrial Training program.
    • Refunds will be processed only if you have participated in all placement activities, including interviews, submitting resumes, and applying to jobs we provided.
    • Refunds will not be processed if the participant accepts any job outside of our placement support or did not attend placement events.
  • Refund Process:
    • Request after 6 Months: You may request a refund only after 6 months from the completion of the training if no placement has been secured.
    • Required Documentation: To request a refund, submit an email to info@gokboru.in with the following:
      • Your full name and contact information
      • Enrollment details (transaction receipt, course name)
      • Proof of participation in placement activities and the lack of job offer.
    • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the approval of your refund request.

3. Refund Policy for Skill Development Programs

Our skill development programs cover various areas such as AWS Cloud Computing, Front-End and Back-End Development, MERN Full Stack Development, Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and others. These programs are designed to provide you with the skills needed to excel in your career.

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • For Skill Development Programs, a refund request can be made only if the course does not meet the expectations as outlined during the enrollment.
    • Refunds are not available for participants who have completed 30% or more of the course.
    • Refunds will not be applicable if the participant has received any certification or engaged in post-course placement assistance.
  • Refund Process:
    • Requests must be submitted via email to info@gokboru.in.
    • You must provide the following details:
      • Full name and course name
      • Transaction details (receipt of payment)
      • A clear explanation of why the course didn’t meet expectations (if applicable).
    • Refund requests for skill development programs will be processed within 10 business days.

4. Refund Policy for Career Coaching and Placement Support Services

Our Career Coaching and Placement Support Services are designed to help students build professional profiles, prepare for interviews, and secure jobs after completing their courses. If you do not secure a placement after completing these services, the following refund conditions apply:

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • Refunds are only applicable after 6 months of engaging in career coaching and placement support services, if no job placement is achieved.
    • Refund requests will not be accepted if you have failed to attend interviews or missed engagement opportunities related to the placement process.
    • Refunds will only be processed if all placement support activities were actively engaged.
  • Refund Process:
    • Submit your refund request to info@gokboru.in, along with:
      • Your full name and contact details
      • Enrollment details (course name, receipt of payment)
      • Proof of participation in placement activities.
    • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of request approval.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following services and conditions are non-refundable:

  • Discounted or Promotional Enrollment: If you enrolled using a discount, coupon, or promotion, refunds are not applicable unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
  • Requests Made Before 6 Months: Refund requests before the 6-month placement guarantee period are not eligible.
  • Participation Failure: If you fail to participate in placement activities or fail to meet the eligibility criteria for placement, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Third-party Job Offers: If you accept a job offer from any source other than Gokboru Tech’s placement program, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In certain exceptional cases (e.g., serious medical emergencies or personal hardships), we may consider a refund outside of the standard policy. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the event, and provide supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates, etc.).

7. Refund Timeline

  • Processing Time: Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take longer to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method used.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email: Send an email to info@gokboru.in with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Program Name] – [Your Name]”.
  2. Include the following:
    • Full name
    • Enrollment details (receipt, program name)
    • Detailed reason for requesting a refund (placement not secured, course didn’t meet expectations, etc.)
    • Any supporting documents (proof of participation, certifications, medical certificates for exceptional cases)
