Not every payment automatically qualifies for a refund. Eligibility depends on the nature of the service, the terms shared at the time of payment, and whether service delivery has already started.
Training and service payments
For training-related payments, refund eligibility may depend on whether access, registration, scheduling, or delivery has already been activated.
For service-related payments, including placement or support charges, refund review may depend on the agreed scope, processing stage, and any operational work already completed.
How to request a review
If you believe a refund review is required, contact Gokboru with your payment details, service name, and the reason for the request so the case can be assessed properly.
